Update to the PDE Outbound File Layout
Starting January 1, 2025, plans and submitters will receive their production PDE Transaction Validation reports in the 1000-byte layout. They will also be able to request report restores for previous years, which will be in the 512-byte layout.
To accommodate this change, the 'DDPS Report ID' field on PDE Outbound Transaction Validation report will be populated with ‘01V2’ for reports generated in the 1000-byte layout. This will help plans and submitters easily differentiate between reports that correspond with the 1000-byte layout versus the 512-byte layout.
A new PDE Transaction Validation report layout effective January 1, 2025, is being published along with this announcement to note the correction to the ‘DDPS Report ID’ field value.
